Job Description

We're hiring for our ski shop. We are looking for a ski tech/retail sales associate. An ideal candidate would be familiar with mounting and adjusting A.T. and Telemark bindings with knowledge of XC and Backcountry Skiing. This seasonal position involves sales of ski and snowshoe equipment and clothing, as well as rentals so being passionate about the sport and having a positive attitude with the customers, are a must. Pay is based on experience.

Candidates with paddling and roof rack installation experience seeking year-round work will be given top priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately

• Educate customers on products, brands, and accessories

• Help customers find the appropriate equipment for their needs

• Make transactions on a point-of-sale system

• Stock and inventory merchandise

• Help customers with fitting equipment

• Crafting unique merchandise displays

• Mount and adjust A.T., Telemark, and Nordic Ski equipment

• Installation of roof rack systems
