River Trips, Tours/Lessons, Brewery Tours, and Dog Carting:

All trips will run regardless of the weather. Your credit card is required to hold your reservation. You may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the date of your trip. 100% of the price is non-refundable 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip start date. Umiak reserves the right to offer alternative trip options or destinations or cancel any trip at any time for safety reasons, low enrollment and unforeseen problems. If a trip is canceled a full refund will be provided. 

 

 

Custom & Groups (6 or more):

All trips will run regardless of the weather. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. A non-refundable $40.00 planning fee is due at the time of reservation booking. Payment in full is due 7 days prior to the program start. Your reservation is for a specific number of participants. With 7 days advance notice additional participants may be added to your reservations subject to availability. Umiak reserves the right to change the program or destination at any time based on weather conditions. Umiak may reschedule the trip, refund your deposit or cancel the program for safety reasons or unforeseen conditions. If the trip is canceled a full refund will be provided.
