Top Boat Rentals

We have a limited selection of Kayaks, Standup paddleboards, Canoes, and Tubes available at our Stowe and Richmond store for daily and multiple-day rentals. Day rentals can be reserved online. If you would like to rent for more than one day, we can assist you over the phone. 

 

Umiak provides all necessary materials and instructions for rooftop rentals. Umiak's Staff will provide the necessities and clear instructions for loading and unloading boats from your car into the water.

Where Can You Paddle?

Please feel free to ask for directions to local water put-ins and popular hot spots.

How Long Can We Paddle For?

Our Stowe store hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm every day. Richmond is open 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday - Sunday. Rentals can be picked up any time after opening and must be returned before closing.

I rented a paddle board from umiak and it was pretty seamless. The paperwork is all electronic and a really helpful employee put the board on my car and took the time to show me how to make sure it was secure so I had no problems. Dropping it back off was easy too. I would rent from them again and highly recommended them.
