Kick and glide to Vermont's most amazing vistas. Our New Nordic Norm Backcountry (NNN BC) ski packages are perfect for lightweight travel and responsive downhill performance. Come ski with our nordic ski experts to learn the basics of Nordic skiing on stable metal-edged skis as we tour beginner and intermediate terrain on backcountry trails. All equipment is included. We can customize the program to meet the ability level of your group. We have a variety of tour locations in order to ensure the best snow conditions possible.

" Our family of four booked some incredible tours snowshoeing, tubing, dog sledding, and cross-country skiing through Umiak for our vacation in Stowe and they made it very easy and super fun. They were located just down the street from our hotel, so it was extremely convenient. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, safe, and ensure we had all the perfectly fitting boots, skis, snowshoes, and anything else we needed. For anyone looking to spend time in Stowe and get away from the downhill slopes scene and try some other activities, Umiak is a great one-stop-shop. "
