Our professional staff will instruct you on using snowshoes, then lead you to a hidden sugarhouse in the woods by the light of the moon or a headlamp. There, you will enjoy a toasty fire, Cabot cheese, crackers and hot, mulled Cold Hollow apple cider. Bring friends and a bottle of wine, if you'd like, for a memory to last a lifetime.

" Our family of four did the night snowshoeing activity with our guide Chad. He was eager to ensure we had a good time, was very knowledgeable about the area and a true professional (he's a Park Ranger as well). I felt very safe with him. The snowshoeing itself was very doable - increased the heart rate at times, which was expected. The trail itself was mostly flat and straightforward. Being out in the snow covered woods was just beautiful. It was peaceful and overall a wonderful experience for all of us. The stop in the sugar shack with hot cider, cheese and crackers was a nice touch as well. Overall, it was one of our favorite activities, and we did many while in Stowe. "
