		Every Thursday night the excitement of dog sledding is just around the corner. Enjoy the fun without using up a large amount of your vacation time. Enjoy a ride behind a team of huskies at the Stoweflake Mountain Resort. Go for a 20-minute ride before or after dinner with a timeslot between 5 and 8 pm Thursday nights. Enjoy 10% off at Charlie B's restaurant at Stoweflake Mountain Resort with your sled dog ride. Base rate starts at just $88 for two passengers. Additional passenger rates: Adults - $44 Children 3 to 12 - $29
2-Hour Tours Enjoy the peace of Vermont's winter wonderland while enjoying an age-old form of transportation. Our experienced "mushers" and their teams of Siberian Huskies will share their love of dog sledding with you during the 2-hour adventure at Little River State Park in Waterbury. You will learn the history of the sport, have the chance to drive the team and make some new four-footed friends. Wednesday at 5 and 7pm Saturday and Sunday at 9am, 12 and 3pm Base rate starts at $300 for two passengers. Additional passenger rates: Adults - $150 Children 3 to 12 - $100 Max. Weight is 400 lbs total for all passengers.

Just For Women! Sunday, January 17 - Women's Telemark Clinic at Stowe for beginner and intermediate skiers with Wendy Bridgewater from the North American Telemark Organization. Beginner lesson from 9:30-11:30 am. You'll learn the basic Telemark stance, refine it and link Telemark turns in the company of women of similar ability under the guidance of one of the best female instructors in the country. For skiers with some experience, able to ride chair lift and get down green trails. Your choice: $69 for the clinic and lift ticket or $99 for the clinic, ticket, and demo equipment. Use the equipment all day and enjoy the benefits of skiing on the latest boots, skis and bindings on the Toll House lift. Intermediate lesson and backcountry tour 12:30-4 pm Improve your Telemark turn and touring skills, increase your confidence on variable terrain and practice waxing and skinning techniques for backcountry touring. Friday, February 12 - All day intermediate lesson/backcountry tour. Learn from the best, the legendary Dickie Hall of the North American Telemark Organization. This full-day clinic and backcountry tour from 10 am to 4 pm is for intermediate or better skiers to improve their Telemark and backcountry skiing technique with the most experienced instructor in the country. Improve your Telemark turn and touring skills, increase your confidence on variable terrain, practice waxing and skinning techniques for backcountry touring. Your choice: $129 for the clinic and lift ticket or $149 for the clinic, ticket and the hotest new skis and boots.
Snowshoe Tours
Ben & Jerry's Daytime Snowshoe Tours - This trip combines two Vermont classics: Tubbs Snowshoes and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream! Our professional staff will guide you on a half hour snowshoe tour through the beautiful woodlands at Ben & Jerry's factory in Waterbury. The terrain is easy, varied and fun. Then come inside for a half-hour ice cream factory tour to learn how Ben & Jerry's is made and enjoy Vermont's finest ice cream! Available Saturday and Sunday and holiday midweeks 11-4, cost is $15 for adults and $10 for children.
Moonlight Cabin Tour - Our professional guides will lead you to a hidden sugarhouse in the woods by the light of the moon (or headlamp). Enjoy a toasty fire and award-winning Cabot Cheddar Cheese, crackers, Cold Hollow's hot apple cider, stargazing and good friends. Bring your favorite bottle of wine if you like. This easy trip is sure to be a highlight of your visit to Stowe! Available Thursday, Friday and Sunday as well as Monday 12/28 and 2/15. The trip meets at 5:30 pm and the cost is $44 per person.
Fondue Dinner Tour - You'll enjoy an easy walk winding and weaving over a well-marked trail under tall, snow-covered trees to the Golden Eagle Resort. Inside you will enjoy a light dinner of cheese fondue made Vermont-style with Cabot Cheddar Cheese, crusty bread and fresh vegetables. Save room for a Lake Champlain Chocolates fondue dessert! Available Wednesday and Saturday. The trip meets at 5:30 pm and the cost is $59 per person.
Custom Gourmet Dinner Tour - The Best of the Best! Experience the magic of Stowe at night with snowshoes and a gourmet dinner! Walk through some of Stowe's prettiest woods and meadows. Enjoy one of Stowe's finest restaurants and a sumptuous, multi-course gourmet dinner prepared by talented culinary professionals.
